Dirt Trails to Digital Presence
CASE STUDY

Our client set out to launch a non-profit dedicated to supporting young adults’ mental health through dirt biking and outdoor adventure. With only a clear mission in mind, they needed full support building the foundation through branding, strategy, digital presence, and more.

CHALLENGE

With a kickoff event already scheduled for November, the entire foundation had to be built from scratch in less than 2 months. No name. No logo. No website. No social presence.

They also needed to secure sponsorships and fundraising channels to ensure sustainability from day one.

SOLUTION

We took full ownership of the branding and marketing process, guiding the foundation from concept to launch. This included:

  • Brand Development: Led name ideation, managed logo creation, and designed brand guidelines.

  • Digital Launch: Created the website and set up social media platforms from scratch.

  • Content Creation: Managed social content to build awareness before and after launch.

  • Fundraising Support:

    • Developed sponsorship pitch materials

    • Assisted with volunteer coordination

    • Supported and secured entry into Old Bill’s Fun Run fundraiser

    • Planning and materials for future initiatives

RESULTS

  • Successful Launch & 501(c)(3) Status Achieved

  • Website live with 25+ email subscribers within the first phase

  • Social reach of 24.6K+ and 420+ new followers in the first 4 days

  • Continued growth through consistent content and awareness efforts

"Millicent Marketing conducted an in-depth survey of a diverse group of individuals to guide the design and final selection of our foundation’s logo. They also developed a website that is not only informative and easy to navigate, but also includes all the essential links and documentation needed for our non-profit. In addition, Millicent Marketing has ensured our social media presence remains current and engaging, enabling us to connect effectively with our community, something we couldn't have accomplished as successfully on our own."
